Julie Horn

Julie Horn is the visual arts director for the Maine Arts Commission and supervises the State’s Percent For Art program. Her involvement with the program includes updating evaluation standards, creating more public awareness, and reforming the application process for artists. She is currently working on digitizing and cataloguing the history of Maine’s PFA program in conjunction with the State’s Library and Archives for public use.
